Refund policy

Return Period (14 Days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The return must be in its original packaging.
With all tags still attached (if applicable).
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item.
Photos of the packaging.
Your order number.
After assessment, we will:

Send a replacement item free of charge, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement item is not available.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will: Ship the correct item free of charge and, if applicable, reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
